Delete Your Zhpe Account
This page explains how users of Zhpe can request deletion of their account and associated data.
To request deletion: email privacy@zhpe.com from the email address linked to your Zhpe account, and use the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Steps to Request Deletion
- Send an email to privacy@zhpe.com from the email address associated with your Zhpe account.
- Include the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- If you are contacting us from a different email, include enough information for us to verify ownership before we process the request.
- We will confirm the request and begin processing deletion after verification.
What Data Is Deleted
- Your Zhpe account profile and sign-in linkage.
- Your generated content history, saved items, and referral data tied to your account.
- Your notification device tokens and related app-level preference records.
What Data May Be Retained Temporarily
- Subscription, billing, safety, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained for legal, security, chargeback, and compliance reasons.
- These retained records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Retention Period
We aim to process verified deletion requests promptly. Some legally required or operational records may be retained for up to 12 months after deletion, or longer if required by law or an active billing, fraud, or safety investigation.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Zhpe account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel active subscriptions through Apple or Google subscription management before or after submitting a deletion request.
