Zhpe provides AI-assisted creator tools for short-form video workflows. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

What We Collect

• Account information such as email address and sign-in provider details.
• Content you submit to the app, including prompts, generated results, saved items, and tool usage.
• Billing and subscription status required to manage access.
• Device and notification token information if you enable notifications.
• Basic operational metadata such as IP address, timestamps, and safety event logs.

How We Use Data

• To provide app functionality and sync your account state.
• To enforce limits, subscriptions, safety protections, and abuse prevention.
• To improve reliability, support, analytics, and product decisions.
• To send notifications only when you have opted in.

AI Processing

Prompts and related content may be processed by third-party AI providers selected by Zhpe to generate requested outputs. We do not expose provider API keys in the client app.

Retention

We retain account, subscription, and safety records for operational, legal, and support purposes. Generated content and saved items may remain available until deleted by the user or removed by Zhpe.

Your Choices

• You can disable notifications in the app or at the device level.
• You can request deletion or support help by contacting us. See Delete Your Zhpe Account.
• You can cancel subscriptions through Apple or Google subscription settings.
